At our nail art and nail extension products store, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept return or refund claims only if an item is delivered damaged or if any item is missing from your order. To process your claim, we require a clear photo of the damaged item or missing product, along with a video of the parcel being opened in proper lighting. Please ensure the video clearly shows the condition of the package upon receipt.
Claims cannot be accepted if the necessary supporting media (photo and video) is missing. Liquid products, including monomers, gels, and removers, are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. We recommend thoroughly checking your order upon delivery to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
